It is a wet yucky day in my woods.
Fall has arrived and it's moist.
Leaves all over the yard.
I even had to turn the heat on.
Just to warm the house up.
Meredith is near the vent.
She loves keeping warm.
Jodie Belle is wet.
She goes out each morning.
No matter what kind of weather.
Her furs curl up.
Collie's do that.
She's on her blanket on the chair looking out the window.
Not the kind of day you play in.
Maybe later, she and Maddy Jean
will go play in the wet dirt.
Oh, won't that be fun to clean up.
I greet them at the door with paper towels
to clean up those paws.
Having lots of little cups.
Having trouble waking totally up.
Maybe it's just the dark wet day.
Fall .. again, I say, where did Summer go ?

Mmm, just the kind of day to stay inside and curled up with a hot drink and something good to read. :-)
Golly we never got a summer really. Just incessant rain with few warm days. Hot days, maybe 2 or 3.
It's been cloudy and overcast here but warm. I suspect the warm will stay a bit longer. *sigh*
I love fall ..It's been beautiful so far but we need rain badly..
The critters sure look lovely! Fall is the best napping season ever! Hugs.
