Friday In The Woods

Fall has arrived.

Leaves are all over the yard.

The rain it showed up.

Now, it's just a colder morning.

Supposed to pour later.

Yuck !!!

I was remembering what a nice Summer 

we had over here in the woods.

I did enjoy sitting in the shade.

Reading a good book.

Watching the girls play.

Meredith Ann napping by the azalea.

Now, she's by the heater vent.

Yes, I've turned it on.

Just to get the chill off.

Had that nasty cold that's been going around.

On week two and tired of it.

I want to breathe and not cough.

I think if I say it enough

it will go away.

No real big plans for the weekend.

Might go look at a few kitchen stores.

Trying to redo this old place.

The kitchen is looking kind of old.

So is the floor.

It's going to be last.

After all the work is done.

Hope you all stay warm.

I might have to light that fireplace.

Meredith will love that.

No, really .. she loves it.
