Wednesday Early Update

Like I predicted, I got up around four am.
Started coughing. Got up.
Four of my five Purr Balls asked for breakfast.
Their dishes were actually empty.
Had I not paid attention to them like I usually do.
They weren't too mad at me.
I spoil them terribly normally.

Been up for almost two hours.
Read all my mail.
Played my games.
Games you say.
Well, yes.
Which ones you ask.

My favorite one is Back Gammon.
Next I play Battle Ship.
Third is Yacht.
Fourth is Mahjong,
And, if I have a cat napping on my lap,
I play hearts.

The games go fast.
Just a mental thing to do with morning coffee.

I also, play a few games on dare I say it, facebook.
A farm life for me and add in a castle.
Nothing like living the fantasy life.

After that and another cup of coffee,
I check out my blogs.
That's what I do in the mornings
while drinking coffee and petting cats.

I also check the world and local news.

My news is that my cough/cold is just a bit better.
Not gone but not as bad as it was.
Hope is that each night I will cough less than before.
I'm an optimistic one, I know.

The pinched nerve in my back is also on the mend.
Or at least the steroids and Icy Hot patches with ice packs
are making me think so.
I can put more weight on my leg.
Don't scream as much.
To me, that's a great improvement.
I'm on day two of my steroids.
No big problems so far.

And, that is my Wednesday Early Update

I hope you continue to improve. It must be very tough on you, though. Good luck for a quick mend.

Remington is right....sounds like my day....isn't it funny how we get so scheduled....

There comes a time in your life when you walk away from all of the drama and the people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right and pray for those who don’t. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is part of life, getting back up is living.
