Dance With Me

Yesterday afternoon during a terrible rain storm,
I was watching Hawaii Five-O
with Big Al sitting on my lap.
When the theme song came on,
Al & I did the dance.
He always puts his paws on my hand.
We move to the music.
Thus, he did the Hawaii Five-O dance with me.
He acts like it's normal.
Me asking him to dance.
If you do the same with your cats,
then you're my kind of cat lover.

I defy any female over the age of 50 to pretend they don't want to shake their hips when they hear that theme song. ;-)

We, too, dance here at the casa but, usually, to more sedate numbers!

I can picture you and yours dancing :) Purrsonally, I like to lead but it's hard when your paws don't touch the ground!

I had to stop by anyone's blog with the title of Lilacs and Cats...I love both! There is nothing like the smell of lilacs. I grew up in Ohio and there was a bush right outside my bedroom window and that was my favorite part of the day to wake up with the gentle breeze scooping the fragrance into my room...
thanks for allowing me to visit!

I'm a kitty cat
And meow meow meow.....
and meow meow meow

Does it count that I rehearsed my speech with them the other day to see if they thought I was ready for class?

Possibly the most amazing blog that I read all year halter neck wedding dresses!?!

There comes a time in your life when you walk away from all of the drama and the people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right and pray for those who don’t. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is part of life, getting back up is living.
