Wish & Hope

It's dark out
The lights are shining
The tree looks festive
Festive seems to be my word for the week
Been typing that one a lot

I use the word Holiday too
Just seems to fit better than Christmas
With all the different beliefs in this world
Celebrating the Fun of the Season
The joy of bright things
The hope of fresh starts

I enjoy the colors
Red, Blue, a bit of Green
White is nice too
A light pink
Ooh, that's good too
(like LeAnn's tree)

My hope is for the two boys
Still at PetSmart
To get a Forever Home
I went there yesterday for supplies
(my litter scoop broke .. which is an E mer Gen Cy)
OK, it did but I just had to see if my push here on my blog
Had gotten them a new home
So, Please continue to mention them
Maybe we can get them a home for the New Year

It's quiet
I like it
I always have

Mr. Boatman & my daughter
Fly into town
On Saturday

They make lots of
NOISE

Til then I will enjoy
My coffee with my two girls
Snoozing by me
My five purr balls
And, my wish for good things
To happen to all of us

I wish for that
Everyday

As the darkness
Gives way to the light
Of the new day

I wish & hope
Over here in my
House in the woods

It's lovely that you are trying to help the kitties find a home. We are purring for them.

I hope the boys have a home by Christmas. I did a post on December 15th for them. Maybe, just maybe, someone will know someone who lives near Renton...

You have a very good heart, JC.

Nice hidy spot guys - under the tree. We have a naked tree - stuck here in a snow storm with no way to get to the storage unit for our decorations! Maybe this week....Will add a spot on our blog for the boys.

Quiet is nice. I like quiet too. How nice of you to bring a tree indoors for the kitties to hide in. You're so thoughtful.

There comes a time in your life when you walk away from all of the drama and the people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right and pray for those who don’t. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is part of life, getting back up is living.
