Spring has sort of arrived in our woods.
Pink and white petals on the ground
from the trees that Mom loves.
The wind blew in and they fell.
Mom said it was snowing pink.
She's a funny gal sometimes.
Me, I'd like to go outside.
Only it's been a bit wet.
I've been stuck inside with her.
She gets to go out.
Why can't I ?

The Mom says she heard our coyote family.
Just when you think they are gone, they're back.
That and Mom said it's too wet.
My furs would get all messed up.
Oh well, I'll just look at the pink petals with Mom.
Til next week,
This is,

We hope you can get outside soon, Meredith Ann, but you do NOT want to be out there with the coyote family!
Such pretty blossoms though. Our human saw two dandelions today (!), which is amazing, considering the ice storm we had on Friday.
Oh my, yes, stay inside far away from the coyotesthey are bad news for kitties! Hugs to your Mom!
Coyotes are not friends of cats, so your mom's right to have you stay safe. So far we've had no sightings, but it's been so dry that they will probably start wandering in from the foothills looking for food. Same with bears. Eeek!
So pretty! We have those petals too...well, the neighbors have the trees. After the wind blew, now we have the petals! Stay safe! Purrs....
Snowing pink is one of the things I am looking forward to!!! All of the white snow from Friday has gone now, thank Heaven! Jodie is certainly getting that long collie face!!!
Hop you are feeling well!!!
