What can I say.
I am just laughing.
Forgetting actually.
I am literally plugged in.
To a heart monitor that is.
Short story long.
Had heart trouble during my kidney surgery.
Now, feel well enough to go see someone about that.
Nice guy.
Friendly nurse.
Checked my heart.
Was having an episode in his office.
He leaves.
Nurse comes in and does an ekg.
He comes back.
Wants me to be on this heart monitor.
They call the testing area.
I get in right away.
That never happens unless the Dr. calls.
I am now taped and wired and plugged in.
For 48 hours.
I ask what normal was.
Sixty to eighty.
What was I ?
One Thirty .. 130 lying down.
I guess I need to get a speeding ticket.
Fun times over here in the woods.
I tell ya ... never dull, that's for sure.
They asked if I was ok.
Sure.
I didn't know I was having an episode.
It's actually funny.
Me having heart troubles.
Of course I do.
Why not.
Let's add this up.
Really bad back.
Two failing kidneys.
And, a racing heart.
I'm just going to enjoy what time I have left.
It does seem to be a wild August so far.
Stay Cool this weekend.

We all send you lots of purrs and hugs. Hey, nothing wrong with being plugged in!
Ugh, thinking good thoughts for you.
From our house to yours--lots of purrs, thoughts and prayers--our human knows a little about the heart thing--and smiled at you maybe needing a speeding ticket. :) Hang in there--all will be good before you know it!
