Should I Go

There has been a time when no one knew.
They wandered listening to the flow.
Would the reasons assure them of their rights.
The walk was long.
The spent energy gone.
Each time they tried they grew weary.
Towards the end there was a feeling.
 Something told them.
 They just knew.
The question that had been in the back of their head.
Shaking with the inevitable they ventured on.

That was very nice! I guess sometimes the flow just doesn't.

The poem's flow is really good. It doesn't give a lot of details, but a story is told; one of enlightenment. I love these lines:
"Towards the end there was a feeling.
Something told them.
They just knew."

That's very pretty.

Thank you for your kind words on Gatsbi's passing over on Sunday. She will be dearly missed here at Forty Paws. Maw is still crying and looks for her in the mornings at tuna time and in the evenings when it's time for Gatsbi to be held.

There comes a time in your life when you walk away from all of the drama and the people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right and pray for those who don’t. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is part of life, getting back up is living.
