Another Rainy Monday has arrived.
It's what Mom calls
Pouring
I know, you thought I'd say
Raining Cats and Dogs
but no I did not say that.
Oh, drink your coffee
This week Mom went shopping.
She brought me a lovely toy.
It has a comfy mat area.
A scratching area.
And two toys to bat at.
Mom keeps having to find them.
Luckily, they snap on.
It keeps her busy.
Nothing like an old lady bending over
first thing every meowning
to put the feathery balls
back on so I can swat them off.
Mom also got us a new house
She put it downstairs
This is Riley trying it out
I think he was doing his toes.
Til next week,
~ Meredith Ann ~

That new house is way cool and it looks quite comfy!
What a great new house! We also have a mat with snap-on toys, but we don't use it much. Annie likes it when our mom wiggles the end of one of our feathered sticks under that mat--she likes to pounce on it, likes the crinkly sound it makes. :-)
That new house is swell! Have a great week Meredith Ann :)
We have a house like that, but only I get to use it 'cause I'm the head cat!! ...The other cats aren't really interested in it anyway.
Have a great day!!
~Nico, Simon & JayJay :)
