Who are they ?

Two ladies are walking down a street
No one can hear what they are saying
Just hands and faces moving
A grin here a laugh there
Who are they ?
What did they just do ?
Bread in a basket
Coffee being held
Down the alley they go
A door opens into a flower garden
A bench  waits for their arrival
They both go in and close the door
Don't you wish you had that key ?

A neat little sequence that is isolated in time, its beginning unknown and its end behind a locked door. But for you the question remains and that is why you write! Stickybeak! :-)

Loved it! I thought of the key as being the key to friendship as well.

A secret garden behind a locked door. Romance and mystery, the very best things to stretch my imagination.

Oh, love this! I love to create fantastic (unlikely) tales about the people I see in and around my daily travels. It would be fun to create a bunch of scenarios about your two ladies! :-)

lovely words that invoke wonderful touching images :)

There comes a time in your life when you walk away from all of the drama and the people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right and pray for those who don’t. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is part of life, getting back up is living.
