The view from my deck in Maui |
We stayed three nights in Maui at the Hyatt
A garden below had swans and flamingos
The walkway near the beach went along several hotels
Letting me enjoy the beauty of the waves
While looking at the other hotels & pools
Was a bit too hot for me
I always brought my fan
Now I'm back to my muggy cloudy days
What a vacation I had
Breakfast out every morning
A view with waves and a beach
Swans swimming
Palm trees swaying
No cats or dogs though
So, I'm glad to be home ...

Leaving the pets behind is the worst thing about traveling.
This is one of the reasons I haven't actually gone anywhere in 5-6 years: leaving the cats! Mind you, if I knew someone I trusted absolutely, it might be different.
You had a gorgeous view! How was the food? Was it an all-inclusive package? Trust me to be thinking with my stomach. LOL.
It sure does look pretty, sand everywhere!!!
Glad you are home safe and sound! I expect we will see the photos?
Looks lovely. :)
beautiful photo.
It sounds like you had a lovely time, but it's always nice to come home to our fur pals. It's not supposed to get warm here until after the fourth. I will welcome it - even if I will need a fan!
I can relate. We have a slew of critters that keep us pretty much limited to day trips.
Beautiful view!
How beautiful! But...we know that you missed your furries!
That is the only drawback to traveling....missing the furry ones back home. Sounds like you had a great time :) Welcome home!!
So beautiful...another world!
Glad you had a great vacation and all of the furry family did well!
Looks lovely. Venice was mixed -- a day of heat, two days of heavy downpour, about five days of partly cloudy and a nice temperature.
Hard to go away and leave the cats behind but it is worth doign just for yourself! Glad you went...I am soooo jealous!
