Not so Wordless Wednesday

Some blogs call today
 Wordless Wednesday
I love that thought
I am all for taking in the day
Only I love to flap my lips
More like add to the conversation
You'd have to know me to understand
What I mean ...
(I'm normally a watcher not a talker)

These are some of the rocks
On the beach where we walk
As my header photo shows, the beach is rocky

Last weekend we went to our quiet beach
The tide was out & we thought we'd try
To take Bella for her first walk
Since her bionic leg surgery

She did fabulous
You wouldn't know she was unreal
Lovely end of January walk

Bella did sit in a chair most of the day
Recovering from her extended play
She has done so well
Nothing like spending thousands
To save a lovely soul
One of the best things I've done

So on this Wordless Wednesday
I will reflect on my life
The view I see from my window
The woods that entertain me

The Purr & Fur Balls
Who light up my life

(and my migraine has lifted a bit
Letting me enjoy the moments
That come my way)

Life is good ...

We were enjoying the photos below of your beautiful furry family.

Thank you for coming by and leaving kind words over the loss of Crystal. We do miss him!

I guess that's why Wednesday's are always too busy for words for me? haha Happy Hump Day!

Good to hear your migraine has lifted. Those are the worst. It's nice to hear that Bella is doing so well. I was grumbling how much I've spent on my cat Bucky (and other kitties in the past), but it sounds like you've spent a lot on Bella. Our fur friends are our family, and they are so worth it. Your beach is lovely.

Maybe your migraine transferred to the rocks and will leave you alone!

Love the pic of Mr. Boatman and the girls. And so glad Bella is getting around so well! It is such a relief when we can help our pets not only feel better, but keep them with us a little bit longer.

Oh Bella, lucky Bella. I was the one vote to have you put out of your misery. But look what your humans did for you! I'm so glad that you can enjoy walks on the beach again.

Just know that my vote was tainted by my meager means, which lead to difficult decisions.

Glad you are feeling better, and that Bella has recovered from her surgery, too!

Webster ~ Bella has cost me a few dollars. That's for sure. This was her 2nd big operation. She had a large tumor removed two years ago. This leg was a life or you know what situation. My bionic legged dog cost about four thousand this time. Her next surgery will be for her new tumors. I'm waiting on that one til maybe this Summer.I figure a girl can only take so much and my credit card needs to recover too.

Bella is my sweet daughter. I will do anything I can for her. Who needs new carpets .. I'll take my dear dog anytime.

We hope that you are feeling better now. Migraines are horrible!

There comes a time in your life when you walk away from all of the drama and the people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right and pray for those who don’t. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is part of life, getting back up is living.
