Wednesday Words

Ashton being cute

I slept through the night.
Haven't done that in for EVER.
Woke up around five-ish.
The problem is I fell back.
Woke up again around 7: 30 with
 those ever popular
Flashing buzzing saws of mine.
 Got up and made coffee.
Was told I needed to drive my son ...
 who still does not
have his license
 ... to school.
 Luckily, the buzz saw part
of my head was gone.
Now, I'm left with the fuzzies ...

I will not put my glasses on just to see the screen.
 Not yet at least.

Mr. Boatman took the tree down last night.
So, now in my corner I have nothing.
I need to get the area cleaned.
Then, move the chair back to
 it's corner ... sunshine .. lo cal.

Baby Riley,
who isn't a baby anymore but
that's his name and he is the youngest,
so the name sticks.
The blue chair is his normal spot.
The chair by the way came from my Mom.
She had two of them and I got one when she past away.
Drape a blanket on it and it looks a bit better.

The weather has stopped.
 Rain I mean.
Now it's just moist and trying to be foggy.
If the sun came out that would be great.

Going to work on my list ...
Have so much to do in this old house.
Give this away. Throw that.
 That kind of stuff.

What do you need to do today ?

Good you got to sleep a whole night. Bad for the buzzsaws...

Ashton, he is a cutie!

Ian and I are going to see Avatar today, I'm jazzed...

I still call Ashes, Baby Blue Eyes, even though he like 6. And the wee gray puuds are the babies too... Same, they're about 6. They are the youngest, therefor the babies.

Mom says she hopes your brains start to feel better! We can't wait for the spring to do a B~I~G spring cleaning! That's what we need to do!

Took our tree down today. Too cold outside to do much of anything else. Glad you got to sleep -- I don't go the whole night ever.

Ashton looks just like my Tony who crossed a few years ago at almost 22 years of age.
He was a sweetie--- I am sure Ashton is too!

You get those buzz saw headaches too, I have a good one today, my head neck and eyes hurt. Today I did morning and evening chores outside. Same tomorrow, hub is doing the running. I too never sleep through the night, which makes mornings shitty ! So good night for now!

We didn't have a tree to take down, because our Mom refused to put one up this year. Rats!

My head gave me grief all day. Anyone who gets migraines know the feeling you have after one. It lingers ... haunting you with .. I might come back at any minute. I did actually get a lot done today though so I can't really complain.

We need to take our tree down too, but we love it so much and it's all snowy & pretty outside, so we're keeping it up a few more days. : )

Glad you got a full night's sleep! (and that the buzzsaws went away)

We cats have no plans for today. It's a bit overcast here, so our sunny spot is not where it's supposed to be.

Our human is working from home, we like that. xoxo

Mom has been de-cluttering for a long time. She had 3 yard sales and still has stuff! :0)

I think it is just a buzzsaw kind of time because until today I had them on and off for a week (and by off I mean less, not gone). Although I have to admit, I do have the sleep part down great.

I hope you feel better - my headache finally left today so maybe the time for those is passing (I know a lot of people had them this past week).

Amy ~ the saws are gone but the headache .. not so much. Still one of those .. it might come back .. days. January does seem to be a bad migraine month for me.

Drank coffee while shopping at the mall with my d .. home from college .. she looked, I bought for her.

For some inexplicable reason, I feel like I need to go write a poem now. How did that happen?

And how cute is Ashton? :)

There comes a time in your life when you walk away from all of the drama and the people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right and pray for those who don’t. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is part of life, getting back up is living.
