Two For One Special

Maddy Jean was having a two for one special
Her cow and her holiday bone
While wagging her tail
Comic Relief
On a rainy day

With all that's been going on
Around our Crazy house
It's good to know
That Al
Has taken it well

My furnace stopped heating and I had several unhappy cats for a few hours. They don't know how good they have it;)

Looks like all the fur babies are content and warm, which is well for this time of year.

There is nothing as sweet as a Golden gathering up its toys...nothing.

Thanks for all the well wishes for Bella.

I've got quotes from two specialists in my area.

OUCH is all I can say ... do they think everyone has that kind of $$ sitting around.

We think we will go with our local vet who has done 40 or so of these surgeries.

He is about 1000 less than the specialists ... rehab though is now what we have to look into ...

I'm glad that you liked my blog about my dad, chickens, and pigeons. I am working now on a request for a "Green" property donation from Exxon Mobile Corp. Hope that it goes well. Thanks, Lori http://www.newsday.com/long-island/huntington-local-1.812006/effort-to-get-closed-gas-station-1.1522722 to read about it in a local newspaper, Newsday.

My Al is taking it all quite well. Good for Al. LOL, and Lovely Lucky Maddy Jean. Love them stuffy toys!

There comes a time in your life when you walk away from all of the drama and the people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right and pray for those who don’t. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is part of life, getting back up is living.
