What ?

What can I say.
I'm from this area.
Grew up an hour away.
Now, live thirty minutes away.
Actually live in the city
where they practice.
I go every year to the party.
Watch the teams.
Mostly the commercials.
Only this year, it was my team.
We were what we always
knew we could be.
We won.
We don't do that here.
We grow moss and rain.
Can we do it again ?
Don't know.
It just was a purrfect team
at the right time
with the best players
and it worked.
