The Trouble Maker

Here is the trouble maker of the family,
Riley Andrew.
He looks so sweet, doesn't he.
He is.
Only he loves to chase his sister, Meredith Ann.
He waits. Sits next to her.
Looking for that moment.
And, it does happen.
Screaming.
Mere is known for voicing her opinion of him.
Can't tell you how many times I've gone
running to see what he's doing.
He is my feral rescue.
I adopted him from the local group.
He will let you pet him.
That's about it.
No sitting on my lap.
I joke and say he is when he's a foot or so away.
Oh, and forget giving him meds.
That eye needs drops.
Nothing wrong with it.
Been tested.
Only he won't let me.
It's such an ordeal and he goes wild.
So, we have an understanding.
I feed him.
He lets me look at him.
It works for me.

 I love this cat.

There's always at least one trouble maker, isn't there? Love his stubborn, willful (to me) expression. Reminds me of a certain Nicki in my household. LOL.

My troublemaker is my roly poly, Tucker. Normally, he's timid, but he's always looking for a chance to chase my foster-cat, Kola. I can't let my guard down. But even so, we love them, trouble and all, don't we?

" I feed him. He lets me look at him. " Ha, that made me laugh because I know what you're talking abo9ut ! My trouble-maker, Blizzard, is the opposite. He is in my face and in my business as often as possible. Love my cats and the happiness they give me and I can tell you love yours even more.

He is a handsome boy! My Snowball came from a hoarding situation and won't let me pet her, I can only admire her from a safe distance too.

I have three cats now. They have an interesting dynamic among themselves. Since two are older, they have mostly worked out their differences. The kitten just wants to play but that often irritates the other two.

"He lets me look at him." We LOVE that line and understand it very well.

Thank you so much for your kind words last week over our loss of Maxx. They are very much appreciated and are working magic toward healing our hearts.

There comes a time in your life when you walk away from all of the drama and the people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right and pray for those who don’t. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is part of life, getting back up is living.
