Thought it was time to check in.
Summer is almost over.
I guess it is September and all.
We've been having warm days
which is not normal for my part of the world.
Hottest July and August we've ever had.
Today, it's overcast.
Feels very Fall like.
Was busy this weekend.
Doing this and that.
This week I'll have to do lots around the house.
Was out and about.
Not much going on.
Will be a quiet week.
I think.
Who know though over here in the woods.
It's wild and crazy and unexpected.
The Purr and Fur Gang
are doing fine.
I told them all that no one
was to get sick or old.
I think they listened to me.
Me, I'm good.
As good as an old cat lady
can be.
Don't forget to dance
when you can
even if it's in the car
or shopping mall.
You'll be glad you did.
I do, that is for sure.

I tell the boys every night, as I head for bed, that no one is allowed to get sick or to die or to have any kind of emergency until all the debts are paid off and I have $500,000 in the bank. Ha.
As for our summer, wow, one of the coolest! I've loved the cooler temps, though, can't stand it when it's in the high 30s or even 40s Celsius with the humidity. We had a couple of weeks of that, here and there, but it wasn't for long, thank goodness. But I do NOT want to hurry winter, I dread winter.
