Imagine That One

I just finished a one mile walk
Oh My God ...
Am I out of shape or what.
That's not a question.
It's a fact.
I am out of breath.
I am hurting everywhere.
I am old.
I am tired.
No not really.

I need to lose weight.
(oh, do I ever)
I need to get in walking mode.
(going to the desert soon)
Note that I did not say dessert
I said desert.
(Think cactus and rocks)

Sedona has lots of walks/hikes.
If I don't get in shape,
I'll be lost in the dust.
Imagine that one.
Ok, now you know why
I'm walking.

I need the weekend
to recover so I can
do it again on Monday

Anyone want to walk with me ?

At least you'll have nice, meaning sunny!, weather for walking Monday. Have fun and pace yourself.

If I lived closer you would definately have a walking buddy. Good luck, you can do it!

Considering the Vet told me to lose weight yesterday I would be more than happy to walk with you! I guess I need it!

Following my stroke I have done an endless amount of walking. I find it very soothing.

I would walk with you! I just started getting serious again about losing weight and that includes getting in almost daily walks.

Good For You!!!
Walking is great exercise!
When my DD graduates and we make our trip up to WA we will take that walk!

There comes a time in your life when you walk away from all of the drama and the people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right and pray for those who don’t. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is part of life, getting back up is living.
