Grosbeak TV

Bird TV has been very good
Jasmine is getting her exercise
We have several Grosbeaks visiting us

The weekend was wet
On Sunday, it dried out just a bit
Was able to get the front barrels planted
This morning, it's not wet but not sunny
Have lots to do clean up wise
With all this wet, Maddy Jean brings a lot of dirt in
While I'm busy working on my list
Jasmine and the Purr & Fur Gang
will be entertained

That's a great action shot!
It's wet here too, and still lots of cleaning up to do for me, I'm half-way through planting my tubs and hoping to finish tomorrow. xx

That looks so cute - she totally wants those birds! Of course, who wouldn't want to try and grab them! It is great they can do that and be entertained while you are doing other things!

Really ... I looked those up. They are so pretty. We only have the two ... so far.

Lots of male finches though. So, we have red but lucky you ...

What pretty Grosbeaks! I only see sparrows and robins around here, but I confess I'm not looking hard. When Loki sees birds from our 2nd floor window, he races downstairs to....what? I have no idea what he thinks he's going to do once he gets downstairs!

Beautiful birds; Jasmine looks like she's enjoying them!...Hope you get some sunny days soon!

That is a great picture! We have Grosbeak T.V. right outside our kitchen window and my cats perch on the kitchen counter and twitch and chatter at the birds they cannot catch. It is so funny how the birds just seem to know the cats inside are harmless and just go about their business of consuming seed. Aren't the Grosbeaks fun to watch? Greedy, but fun!

Boy I bet my Lu-Lu wishes we got that channel! We stopped feeding the birds years ago due to an on-going bear problem and I miss the grosbeaks!

There comes a time in your life when you walk away from all of the drama and the people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right and pray for those who don’t. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is part of life, getting back up is living.
