Meownings With The Girls

It is the wee hours of Monday Meowning.
I'm on my 2nd cup of coffee in my see thru fancy cup.
Etched glass and all.
Did not sleep well. Mr. Boatman snores.
Someone from the East Coast called around 6:30.
Thought I might as well make coffee and visit with the girls.
Each time I come downstairs, the cutest faces in the world greet me.
Wagging those tails and smiling. Yes, they really do.
My cats are waiting by the window for the birds to arrive.
They might already be there but are hidden within the darkness.
I've been thinking about a lot of things.
Yesterday was one of those days too.
I have to get my list for the day done.
I need to get my list for my life done too.
I'll let you know what it is when I do.
Til then, I hope you have a Grand Monday.
I love that word ... GRAND ... just gives such possibilities
Doesn't it ?

Oh life lists - so hard to get those done!

We hope you also have a very grand Monday!

A GRAND Monday to you! Mylife list is to survive day to day. I too do not sleep at night from a snoring hubby! And on those days afterwards I usually end up with a GRAND headache as I have today. I just heard this quote from someone who was tired of hearing people complain. Her reply was to "chance the music" Maybe I will give it a try. Also my kitties greet us with wagging tails and little chirps and also watch the birds the minute the curtains are opened in the twilight of dawn.

I need a list for my life, too. Maybe if I did lists for my day it would help with my life. Ha.

Lucy is always so happy to see us in the morning - as if she hadn't been sleeping next to our bed all night!

Separate bedrooms solved the snoring problem for me, and the jumpy leg problem for my DH. We do make time to talk every morning, however.

Being greeted in the early morning by wagging tails ... priceless.

Nothing, nope, not a thing, beats being greeting by ball furry balls of love!

I understand about the snoring, Purdy (big doggy) snores something terrible. LOL, my poor husband gets better what you mean though * blush *

And... Grand... is... well... Grand :-) I like it. Does seem filled with possibilities.

May you have a grand Tuesday too! January is the time for new lists and possibilities. Of course the list should include even more very good coffee and snuggles with the dogs and cats in the family, and the loved humans too!( more time at the ocean?)

Sometimes our momma says that lists are good and goals are good but getting up and doing the furry best you can is always an option, too☺

Those girls don't look as though they are having such a grand Monday! They look totally bored and tired of waiting! Annie and Jake are impatient with the whole "wait till I get my teeth brushed and my clothes on, and then we will go out" routine!
What would it be like if we went outside in the altogether the way they do?
Other than censored cold!

The girls are very pretty. List? I had one somewhere...have to put finding it on another list!

There comes a time in your life when you walk away from all of the drama and the people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right and pray for those who don’t. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is part of life, getting back up is living.
