I'm at my local little grocery store
Walking out and there I see it
Big Red
It's that time of year
You quessed it
The Ringer with the Red barrel
So, I stop and open my wallet
I'm giving her all the change I have
Mind you ... no bills ... just change
The wind blows
I get hit in the head with the
Salvation Army sign
Whop
What do you think that means ?
To give or not to give
That is the question ...

Hmmm, we have no idea what that could mean. Maybe it was some sort of Thank You. We hope you can make it today to our place for some purrday cupcakes and LOTS of NOMS!
I'm afraid it may mean "no good dead goes unpunished", but it probably means nothing;)

LOL...too funny. I was going to say God wanted you to give up that dollar. But on second thought, I think He wanted you to tell your story - to remind all of us that we need to remember those whose needs are greater than our own.
Ouch! We hope it didn't mean anything bad!
I'll take it as a reminder to carry change in my pocket so I will be more likely to drop it in the red bucket! EVERY time I go to the store.
Oh, and I hope the sign didn't hurt your noggin.
OH, You got your hair cut? Badly??? That's so sad. Mine is now is long as yours (was).
that's hilarious! you just got a bang for your buck! tee hee!
No one else was donating.
I was the only nice person.
The wind blows and the sign falls off and hits me in the head.
I should have gone home. That's when I walked over the the hair place for what I thought was going to be a trim. Nope, didn't really speak English. Said she understood. Nope, cut at least 3 ins off the back .. with layering. I had told her no layering just an inch off.
It will grow back ... it will grow back.
I had to cut it myself yest. Not only did she not do what I wanted, it isn't even .. at all .. in the front. Now, it is though ...
The sign ... was a sign .. go to the expensive hair place .. even for a trim.
I was trying to save money ... what was I thinking ?
I go to Lan's Beauty Salon on 38th and Pine. She is Vietnamese, but speaks English well. I ask her to take off as little as possible in the back, and she gives me light layers in the front to frame my face. Long layers that I can pull back when I need to, for $12.
MOL...I like that.
