Wisdom of the Heart
What do you tell someone who is lost?
What I know isn’t the best.
It’s just my world’s right and wrong.
How do you help someone walk their path?
Especially when they are tripping.
I can walk nearby.
Sit under a shady tree.
Be there for that one question they may have.
If they don’t listen, do I watch while they fall?
Do I help them up?
Nice as can be.
I don’t have answers.
Not listening to what I say.
Walking past me on their way.
I’m going to turn around now.
If they look, I’ll smile.
All I have is
Wisdom of the Heart
There comes a time in your life when you walk away from all of the drama and the people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Forget the bad and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right and pray for those who don’t. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is part of life, getting back up is living.

Beautiful and insightful.
None of us have the answers, not the right one for everyone, just the ones for us if we're lucky. Support and love and a hand up is the best we can offer.
Lovely post. It's true, all we can offer sometimes is our wisdom, there for the taking should someone need it.
I love your blog title - my two favorite things. And the ocean altho I don't live near it as I used to. Hearfelt post - all we can do is be there for someone, they have to make their own mistakes to learn.
